If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 60 days of receiving your order.

To qualify:

  • You must provide your order number and any requested information

  • We must approve the refund request before a return is accepted

Eligibility for Refunds

Because Folix is a topical cosmetic product, we must follow strict hygiene and safety rules.

To protect all customers:

We cannot accept returns of

  • Used products

  • Opened products

  • Damaged or missing packaging

  • Items returned without authorization

We can accept returns if

  • The product is unopened

  • The safety seal is intact

  • The return is requested within the 60-day window

How to Start a Return

To begin the return process:

    • Full name

    • Order number

    • Reason for return

  • We will reply with return instructions and a return authorization if approved.

  • Once the product is received and inspected, we will process the refund.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:

  • Wrong item received

  • Damaged item

  • Defective product upon arrival

We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
We are not responsible for lost return shipments.

Refund Processing Time

Once your return is received and approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing usually takes 5–10 business days, depending on your bank

Shipping fees, rush delivery charges, and transaction fees are non-refundable.
